Technology is consistently improving; we can offer the latest PLC’s, software and touch screen upgrades to your existing HF welding equipment. We can carry out a straight forward replacement or add additional features to help improve the efficiency of the machine and production.

Valve Conversions

There are many HF generators still in use which were manufactured in the 1960’s; the oscillator valves for some of these generators are now obsolete. At TTF we can carry out a valve conversion on most makes of HF generators using the new range of oscillator valves that are available.

Full Refurbishments

We offer the option of having your existing equipment fully refurbished; all work would be carried out to meet the PUWER regulations and conform to EMF emissions requirements. We can arrange for your equipment to be de-commissioned and collected. On completion, we would deliver and install the equipment and provide any additional training if required.
