Javid leads our engineering service team and has been working in the HF welding industry for approaching 40 years.

During this time, Javid has gained knowledge and experience of a range of different makes and models of HF welding equipment. As well as looking after machines we have supplied to customers we are also able to service and attend to breakdowns for the full range of HF welding machinery.

Josh is our Engineering Supervisor who has been with TTF for over 10 years and is an experienced installer of track welders, other machine installations and breakdowns. He is one of our trainers, offering training to customers in HF welding operation specific to their requirements.

The rest of our engineering team are skilled engineers drawn from a variety of backgrounds including IT technology, heating and air conditioning installations, process and mechanical engineering, research and teaching.

All TTF engineers are trained in HF welding equipment with ongoing training provided as required to take account of technological advancements and new machinery.

Our engineers work closely together to share knowledge and experience, so whilst you may only have one engineer attending your site they are in regular communication with their colleagues to ensure the best service is provided to our customers. Even with his vast experience there is the odd scenario that even Javid hasn’t encountered before!

We are always conscious to ensure our engineering service is provided in an efficient and cost effective way – if there are parts that your own staff can fit themselves we will always ensure these are despatched in good time. If you do require a service visit you can be confident that your engineer will arrive on time (or you will be notified if any unexpected delays) and look to get your machinery up and running again in the shortest time possible.

Javid works closely with our Warehouse Coordinator, David, who looks after our parts and machine consumables. Our engineers carry appropriate tools and common spare parts. We have supply relationships with national suppliers so can often arrange a part collection locally should that be required.

We have a range of used parts that can be provided in the interim whilst a new part is ordered if there is a slightly longer lead time. If a part needs to be ordered we will keep you updated as to timescales and book in a return visit at the earliest opportunity.

In the event of obsolete parts or components for older machines, we can offer current alternatives and complete any conversion work required.
